Meet Shari
Professor, Army Veteran, Author, Pastor, and Delta Leadership Certified Coach, Resilience Builder Program Certified Trainer
With a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a doctorate in organizational leadership from University of Phoenix, I am passionate about empowering individuals, families , teams, and organizations to reach their full potential.
Going to work is necessary, good leadership makes it desirable! My brand makes the necessary desirable by sharing simple human techniques to improve leadership.
Through dynamic keynotes, interactive workshops, and personalized coaching, I help individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, improve relationships, and create lasting personal and professional growth.
Drawing on 28 years of military leadership -- including service in challenging environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan-- I bring both resilience and real-world insight to every session. My passion for helping people better understand themselves and others shapes a teaching style that is both engaging and deeply relatable.
Four years teaching leadership and psychology at the United States Military Academy at West Point, the world's premier leadership institution combined with my background as the co-founder of an international nonprofit focused on emotional intelligence, allows me to offer a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Beyond my professional work, I am proud to be married to a wounded war veteran, Randolph, and to be a mother of six. Together, lets embark on a transformative journey toward growth, connection, and success
